It could be taking up exercise, drinking more water or simply inculcating a habit of reading a new thought/lesson daily or even, quitting smoking or alcohol. Write down these answers on a piece of paper. Also write down anything else that you feel is important to help make life better.
10. Improve your self esteem
This is especially true for making life better for teenagers. Get out of the self-pity, victim mentality and develop the habit of looking at past mistakes and failures as a stepping stone to success. Constantly endeavor to improve yourself by learning new skills. Seek inspiration from a mentor or a teacher.
11. Set goals
What better way than this to improve your life? You want to make it in life on your own, with or without money, you have to start y setting S.M.A.R.T goals. This acronym stands for Specific, Measureable, Attainable Realistic and Time Bound. Always start with short term goals before moving on to long term ones. Writing down the goals or sharing them with others can help.

Do not procrastinate. Attend to things immediately. This will eliminate stress.
