Hot summer nightsIf you are really struggling to get to sleep on a hot summer night then have a read of this tip. No it is not the tip that will send you to sleep.... When you go to bed fill a hot water bottle with cold water. Make sure that you put cold water on the outside of the bottle as well to make it even colder and dry off with a towel. Also keep your curtains closed during the day-this keeps the sun out! More Health Tips tips
