Dealing with bad breath halitosis
If you are a chronic bad breath sufferer and you feel that your oral hygiene is fine then I advise you to seek medical advice. An unpleasant aroma on the breath can be linked to certain medical conditions that I am not qualified to discuss here. Having said all that, in great EasyWays tradition I have some tips to help you're your breath fresh and trouble free. Brush your teeth with a paste of bicarbonate of soda (Baking soda) and water to keep your breath fresh. Bicarbonate of soda neutralizes the acids in which the bacteria that cause had breath and tooth decay thrive. An antiseptic mouthwash will also help. Chew fresh parsley after eating a meal. This fragrant herb contains an antiseptic that kills bacteria in the mouth. It's effective against garlic and onions too, as are mint leaves. Chewing dill seeds after a meal will also freshen your breath. It works just as well as parsley and an some say it tastes better. Dental floss will dislodge decaying food particles that become stuck between the your teeth. These decaying food particles are a home to all sorts of bacteria that can harm your gums and cause nasty smells and tastes in your mouth. If your gums are red, swollen and sore, see your dentist.
