Stomach ache, flatulence, digestive problems or feeling sick?
A simple cure for a stomachache is to dissolve 4g of ground cinnamon in 1 cup of warm water, cover it for 15 minutes, and drink it like tea. This remedy can also ease diarrhea and flatulence. If you are feeling like you are going to throw up (Vomit) then take a jar of pickles. Open it and sniff the contents of the jar. The smell of the Pickling spice will soothe your stomach. To help relieve a tummy upset have a look at the following tips Drink peppermint tea. Alternatively, drink tea made from the seeds and leaves of dill, chamomile or rosemary. Chew raw carrots to prevent indigestion. Eat fresh pineapple at the end of a meal. Eat apples and cucumber with their peel on. The rinds and peel contain mineral salts which help digestion. Eat parsley or watercress. Make a digestive tonic by leaving a handful of basil leaves for several hours in a bottle of wine Grated horseradish stimulates digestion Also For diarrhea or flatulence, two activated charcoal capsules, you can obtain from any pharmacy, they will take care of the problem. No chemicals! Boil crushed mint leaves. Remove leaves by straining water. This makes a mint tea. Drink the tea. This settles the stomach as well as inhibits vomiting. Plus this is one way to keep your body hydrated if you're unable to keep anything else down. Chew a piece of ginger root or candied ginger root. Even a tea made from grated ginger works.
