Easier cream whipping

If there is a way then there must also be an Easy Way

Easier cream whipping

Place a dampened folded dish towel under the bowl in which you are whipping cream to keep the bowl from moving all over the counter top. Another advantage is it will collect some of the spray that usually gets anywhere when I get near cream and a whisk.

I have also heard somewhere that if you add a little sugar it will thicken quicker
