Home prescribed remedies are only for mild conditions. If in doubt consult your doctor or a medical herbalist. You should never exceed the stated dose

It can be cheaper to make your own herbal remedies. Buy the different dried or fresh herbs, or you can dry your own and make a herbal tea by infusion or decoction. Dry only organically grown herbs
